  • You agree to provide valid, government-issued identification upon request.

  • Any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs (including legal fees), or penalties resulting from your use, storage, or handling of products.

  • Legal actions or third-party claims arising from misuse, injury, or regulatory violations.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.

  • Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan, Wyoming.

  • If any clause is deemed unenforceable, the remaining terms shall remain in effect.

7. Electronic Consent

By completing your purchase, you:

  • Confirm that you have read and understood this agreement.

  • Agree that your electronic acceptance constitutes a legally binding signature.

  • Acknowledge that this agreement may be printed and used in legal proceedings, if necessary.
